Nubandine Shipping Policy

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Nubandine, a brand owned and operated by VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All Nubandine products are handmade in Ecuador and imported, fulfilled, and shipped by VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC. from Canada.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Canada.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, inventory verification, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


2. Shipping Locations

Nubandine currently ships to addresses within Canada.

We may expand shipping to additional countries, including the United States, in the future. Available shipping destinations, methods, and fees will be displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
• Remote or rural areas may require additional time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors outside Nubandine’s control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except in cases where a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed and covered under the Nubandine Return and Refund Policy.


5. Order Tracking and Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring secure receipt of the package.

Nubandine is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from unattended deliveries, unsecured locations, or customer unavailability.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Nubandine is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Nubandine promptly. Nubandine will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Claims are subject to carrier review and approval.

Nubandine is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

This provision does not affect customer rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.


8. Importation, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to import duties.

VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC. is the official importer of Nubandine products into Canada.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Nubandine.


9. Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

Nubandine is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather events
• Customs processing
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


10. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
