These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nubandine website and services. Nubandine is a brand owned and operated by VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC., located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All Nubandine products are handmade in Ecuador and legally imported, fulfilled, and sold in Canada by VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC.
By accessing our website or purchasing from Nubandine, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you represent and agree that:
• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence
• You will use this website only for lawful purposes
• You will not use our products or services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities

Nubandine products are handmade using genuine leather. Due to the natural and artisanal nature of genuine leather, products may display variations in texture, grain, tone, and markings. These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to:
• Correct errors or inaccuracies
• Update product information
• Modify or discontinue products without prior notice
• Change pricing without prior notice
Product availability is not guaranteed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Nubandine does not store full payment card details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Nubandine Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nubandine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Nubandine Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the handmade nature of Nubandine products, returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects reported within the required timeframe.
Natural leather variations, aging, or wear resulting from normal use do not qualify as defects.

All website content, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Product designs
• Images
• Text
• Graphics
• Website layout
is the exclusive property of VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VILPA GOODS & SERVICES INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Shipping delays or carrier issues
• Unauthorized access to systems
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the website.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Nubandine services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
